a longtime restaurateur on the south shore, galley kitchen & bar owner, brian houlihan also owns bia bistro (cohasset), the tinker's son (norwell), and trident galley and raw bar (hingham). brian has also worked as the executive chef at the well-renowned bostonian and the four seasons.

jack corbett

jack was born and raised in scituate. he attended culinary school at johnson and wales and received his degree in hotel/restaurant management from champlain college. he then worked in boston at miel at the intercontinental, brasserie provencal, and local 149 before returning to the south shore to help brian open galley in 2014.
